Reduced entry for people with special needs and assistants:
Belvedere Ticket: € 5,-
This ticket gives you access to the Upper Belvedere, the Lower Belvedere, the Orangerie and the Palace Stables.
Upper Belvedere: € 3,-
This ticket gives you access to the Upper Belvedere, which contains the most important collection of Austrian art from the middle ages to the present, complemented by international works of art.
Lower Belvedere: € 3,-
This ticket gives you access to the special exhibitions in the Lower Belvedere and the Orangerie, the State Rooms of the Lower Belvedere, the Medieval Treasury in the Palace Stables.
21er Haus: € 3,-
This ticket gives you access to the 21er Haus.
UPPER BELVEDERE
Parking:
One parking space for disabled badge-holders in front of the entrance gate at Prinz Eugen-Straße 27, 1030 Vienna.
Tickets:
Tickets are available in one of the outbuildings to the right of the main entrance at Prinz Eugen-Straße 27. Disabled access to the ticket counter through the shop entrance on the left.
Entrance to the museum:
Level access through the main entrance. Two heavy doors (102 cm wide).
Toilets:
The Belvedere is Austria’s first museum to provide separate, gender-specific disabled toilets. The accessible toilets were renovated in 2012 and equipped to the latest standards.
Lifts:
There are two lifts that can be accessed via a few steps; a wheelchair ramp is available. Our staff are always happy to help. Every part of the collection can be accessed.
Wheelchairs / Seating:
A wheelchair is available from the cloakroom for visitors with mobility access requirements. There is some seating in the exhibition rooms.
Shop / Café-Restaurant:
Disabled access via the collection displays “Interwar Period—Art after 1945”. Please ask our staff for directions.
LOWER BELVEDERE, ORANGERY AND PALACE STABLES
Parking:
Unfortunately there is currently no parking for disabled badge-holders. For further information, please contact: public@belvedere.at or +43 1 795 57–134.
Entrance to the Lower Belvedere:
Disabled access through the entrance Rennweg 6, 1030 Vienna. One heavy door. Our staff are always happy to help.
Entrance to the Orangery:
Disabled access via the corridor leading from the Lower Belvedere to the Orangery.
Toilets:
There are disabled toilets in the Lower Belvedere and Orangery.
Wheelchairs / Seating:
A wheelchair is available from the cloakroom for visitors with mobility access requirements. There is some seating in the exhibition rooms.
Shop at the Orangery:
Unlimited access.

Entrance to the 21er Haus:
Level access through the main entrance. Automatic double-swing doors with opening button.
Toilets:
There are disabled toilets at the 21er Haus.

Two wheelchairs are available for visitors with mobility access requirements. There is some seating in the exhibition rooms.
