Lovis Corinth. Life, a Celebration!
He was a crossover artist and seducer, admired for his wild nature and for being the antithesis of Gustav Klimt. His work is multifaceted and often characterized by an expressive, ecstatic frenzy of color. But how did Corinth manage to capture the essence of life in all his paintings? To what extent do his works reflect biographical episodes? This free-running course is like a leap into modernity: the focus is on all the great "isms" of the era as well as the work and impact of the German artist.
