Das Public Program am 19. und 20. September beschäftigt sich mit den Auswirkungen der sogenannten „Gastarbeiter*innenschaft“ und der Bewegung der Blockfreien Staaten. Seit den 1960er-Jahren spielt dieses besondere Zusammenwirken von generationenübergreifenden Beziehungen, geopolitischen Realitäten und wirtschaftlichen Abhängigkeiten eine wichtige Rolle
