The new Bundesmuseen Card provides access to all participating museums for one year. Note: Bundesmuseen Cards that have already been issued can continue to be used until their expiration date under the conditions that apply to them. The Bundesmuseen Card is an initiative of the Federal Ministry of Art, Culture, Civil Service and Sport.
The visit to the Upper and Lower Belvedere is only possible with a valid time slot ticket. For the Belvedere 21 you need to choose the day of your visit. Combination tickets are available as day tickets with a time slot for our most visited location the Upper Belvedere. You may visit the other locations on the same day before or after the booked time slot. Select your time slot according to availability when you buy your ticket online or at the ticket office. The duration of your visit is not limited.
You don't need a time slot or day ticket and can go directly to the entrance if you present one of the following tickets or membership cards and a valid ID:

We encourage you to go green when planning your visit: the Belvedere is easily reached by public transportation, and offers as well a charging station for electric cars, a city bike station, and bicycle racks in the immediate vicinity.
The museum aims to be easily accessible to everyone. Visitors with disabilities are supported in experiencing our programs through sensory-friendly resources. All restroom facilities are gender-neutral to prevent discrimination.
